Easter Egg Hunt Valley Township's Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. for children ages 2 - 10 at Westwood Fire Company (1403 Valley Road). Volunteers are needed to assist. If interested, please contact Karen at 610 385-5751, ext. 12.
National Night Out On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Valley Township, along with thousands of other communities across America, will take part in National Night Out. It's a night when residents are asked to turn on their lights and come out and join forces against crime in their community. This will be the 27th Annual Night Out, and community residents are asked to come out and get to know each other. The event is to heighten the awareness against crime and drug activity in the community. The Valley Township Police Department will host a flashlight walk event throughout the community. Community Tree Lighting The 4th Annual Community Tree Lighting ceremony will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2012, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building. Annual Children's Christmas Party The Annual Children's Christmas Party, for children ages 2 to 10, will be held on Saturday, December 14 at Rainbow Elementary School from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Tickets are required (pick up date will be posted November). Proof of residence is required. There is a limit of two adult tickets per family. Valley Day Valley Day will be held on Saturday, August 10, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Highlands Corporate Center. Check back for updated list of events.
