Road closure and detour notice - E. Glencrest Road between Coronet Drive and Brick Street - starting March 11, 2024

Flyway Excavating will be installing new stormwater drainage pipe and associated facilities and will also be repairing erosion issues in the 300 block of E. Glencrest Road.  This work will require the 24/7 closure of E. Glencrest Road between Coronet Drive and Brick Street for an extended period of time. Access will be provided to property residents within the area of the road closure only.  Through traffic will not be permitted nor possible beyond the road closure signage as the roadway will be fully barricaded in front of 359 E. Glencrest Road.  Flyway Excavating is contracted through Valley Township and the City of Coatesville to complete this work.  We are anticipating that the closure of E. Glencrest Road will start on March 11, 2024 and will continue through mid-May.  Working hours are typically from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  There will signage on February 26, 2024 notifying you of the upcoming road closure.  The detour signs will be installed by March 8, 2024 in advance of the road closure on March 11, 2024.
